Situated between Garmisch and Partenkirchen, our hotel encompasses 3 buildings, its heart, the main building, being almost 100 years old.
The building has been renovated with great care and sympathy to the family tradition to maintain its original charm, while of course offering the highest level of comfort.
December 2007 saw the opening of our wellness- and spa area with 3 new and modern saunas, a fitness room, swimming pool, hot whirlpool, silence room and a massage- and beauty room.
The "Alpspitz” house, with its various suites in "Biedermeier”-style and junior suites in country style, is situated in front of the garden with view of the impressive Zugspitzmountainchain. The house "Wetterstein” offers various suites and junior suites in a typical Bavarian style for the highest demands. The garden is a tiny oasis with direct access to the swimming pool and whirlpool. In the morning, after trekking, skiing and more, you can relax yourself in our swimming pool area with hot whirlpool, sauna, solarium and various fitness tools.

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the total amount to your credit card before your arrival. In case of cancellation prior to the deadline, this amount will be refunded.
The rooms are equipped with bath or shower/WC, bathrobe, hairdryer, telephone, radio, cable TV, minibar and guest safe.
The main building rooms are in a light traditional style. The Alpspitz house, with its various suites in "Biedermeier" style and junior suites in country style, is situated in front of the garden with a view of the impressive Zugspitz mountain chain.
The Wetterstein house offers various suites and junior suites in typical Bavarian style for highest demands.
The best wellness area of the hotel is the restaurant. For more than 40 years, Karl Reindl and now Marianne Holzinger are doing their very best to offer the finest food made of fresh ingredients, regional products and the best of the lakes and the sea. In the winter garden, a widespread breakfast buffet and the unique brasserie-menu with small meals for lunch and dinner are served. To enjoy your aperitif of a fresh draught Pils or a fine glass of wine, you meet in the "Enoteca”. Unique cosiness and company is waiting for you in the "Tenne”.
